Every year on ANZAC Day, we remember the sacrifice of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. On this date in 1915, the troops landed on the Gallipoli Peninsula during World War I and bravely fought and endured great hardships.
Their bravery and sacrifice will never be forgotten. The meaning of ANZAC Day includes the remembrance of all Australians killed in military operations and the values of courage, endurance and mateship.
Lest we forget.
