Peter is the founding Chairman of Australian Chinese Charity Foundation Inc, China Vision Inc, Cambodia Vision and Unity Party.Peter Wong was born in China. He graduated as a pharmacist in 1964 from Sydney University. In 1971 he graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Sydney University. At present he is a Specialist General Practitioner in Australia. Peter was a parliamentarian at the N.S.W Parliament (Legislative Council ) from 1998-2006. He was previously a member of Medical Board of New South Wales and a Commissioner at the Ethnic Affairs Commission of New South Wales. He received the Australian Medal of AM in 1996.
