Overview

The Funds and Grants Assessment Committee is charged to distribute the kind donations of our donors in a responsible and fair manner to achieve ACCF’s objective of providing support and assistance to organisations and individuals where there is the greatest need in our community.

Currently ACCF offers two funding streams:

  • The Emergency Assistance Fund which supports individuals who have emergency needs arising from unforeseen or unexpected circumstances.
  • The Community Project Grant which supports projects that aim to improve the wellbeing of groups of people and the community.

Past Programmes

Over the years ACCF has helped many individuals in need through its emergency funding scheme and many community organisations through its funds and grants scheme.

The amount donated in annual funding grants has increased every year as a result of the generosity of our patrons, trustees and members.

Additionally, the organisations that ACCF’s funds and grants scheme has supported demonstrate the breadth with which ACCF has given to the community over the years. Organisations that ACCF has supported include CanRevive Inc., Charitable Foundation for Books in Homes Australia, Christian Community Aid, Chinese Language Education Council of NSW Inc, Continence Foundation NSW, Indo Chinese Elderly Hostel, MS Australia, Special Children Services Centre Inc, Parkinson’s NSW, Wheelchair Sports and many more.
