Ms Cecilia Tsai

Vice-Chairman

Cecilia came to Australia in her final year of high school and studied social science at the University of Sydney before receiving her MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She has a strong community development background and has also worked in a specialist industrial setting.

 

In the last twenty years, Cecilia has worked in the NSW government policy area advocating for inclusion especially for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Her experience spans government, community and private sectors.

Cecilia was the Chairperson of the Funds and Grant Assessment committee previously and was instrumental in improving the governance processes and operation procedures of the committee. Her passion is social justice and advocating for social changes, from a systemic and practical approach.

 

Cecilia currently works as the Diversity, Inclusion and Reporting Manager at the Art Gallery of NSW.
