The Australian Chinese Charity Foundation Inc. (ACCF) is a non-political, non-profit and charitable organisation. Over the years, the most significant activity in the ACCF calendar is to assess and approve grants annually to:

  • Approved Community projects; and
  • Emergency assistance to individuals

The management committee of ACCF appoints the Funds & Grants Assessment Committee annually to assess all funding applications and make recommendations to management.

Over the years ACCF has helped many individuals in need through its emergency funding scheme and many community organisations through its funds and grants scheme.

Since FY 2013, ACCF has contributed

  • $516,496 donated in annual funding grants
  • $982,430 in general donations and disaster relief
  • $13,000 in emergency grants
  • 66 different charities across NSW

The amount donated in annual funding grants has increased every year as a result of the generosity of our patrons, trustees and members.

Additionally, the organisations that ACCF’s funds and grants scheme has supported demonstrate the breadth with which ACCF has given to the community over the years. Organisations that ACCF has supported include CanRevive Inc., Charitable Foundation for Books in Homes Australia, Christian Community Aid, Chinese Language Education Council of NSW Inc, Continence Foundation NSW, Indo Chinese Elderly Hostel, MS Australia, Special Children Services Centre Inc, Parkinson’s NSW, Wheelchair Sports and many more.
